-Normal dispatch fees are $60 but by being a VIP Member we will come out at no cost during normal business hours! Monday through Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm. Saturdays, 8:00am - 2:00pm.

-Priority service over non VIP members which means if you have an emergency that needs to be taken care of, we will reschedule non members to get our VIPs taken care of first!
-Annual inspections on your furnace and AC are done throughout the year to ensure your system is running to its fullest potential! AC inspections must be performed at temperatures maintaining 60°F outside for them to be properly inspected. Furnaces can be inspected at any point throughout the year.
-Complimentary plumbing and electrical inspections are done upon VIP Member's request.
