I had them out, and although the blockage took a more extensive job to remove, I was very pleased with the professionalism of the plumbers. They explained my options and didn't push me to go for the most expensive option first. We worked our way up, and although my sewer blockage was nasty, they got it as quickly as possible without delays. The office staff was invaluable, and the price was satisfactory. Higher than I wanted but lower than expected. This is the first plumber I would recommend without hesitation.

My experience with working with Jared, who came up to My Home was exceptional. He’s very professional very knowledgeable. Also, when calling into the office, I’ve had nothing but a positive interactions with the employees that were assisting me on telephone calls.

I just had Hoover come out to fix an issue I was having with the pressure in my shower. The technician, AJ Demasellis, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. This is the second time I've used Hoover for an issue in my home and each time I've received great service from techs who were friendly and efficient. I'm not hoping for anymore issues with my house that I can't fix myself, but if another arises I'll definitely call Hoover to handle it.
