When calling the office to schedule an appointment, the lady (I believe her name was Amber) also super nice and quick to have a tech come out. Will definitely be going back when I have issues we cannot solve ourselves!

AC stopped working in 90+ degree heat. I called in the morning and was able to get same day service on my unit. David came out and was professional and efficient. He even took time to explain and show what he was doing and why. My AC was up and running within 30 minutes. I will be using them again in the future and for sure recommend.

AC went down in excessive heat. Very impressed with the customer rep on phone when calling for help. And also with the communication updates as we waited for service. The actual service rep was very courteous and explained issue. And was able to quickly remedy. The price for the service may have been slightly on high side. However in the moment it was worth the cost. I plain to continue with Hoover as a preferred service for our home.
