1st time homeowners. Gage came out and took a look at our problem spots, then checked our whole house to make sure we were safe before he left. Answered all our questions and gave us lots of info we wouldn’t even think to ask. All the Hoover guys we’ve met have been friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of the home and occupants, and did the job well. Would never think of hiring another company! Although we couldn’t recreate the issue with our hot water heater (under warranty)- Justin took the time to listen to our past concerns we had with Hoover and made us feel confident in giving Hoover another try. Looking forward to requesting Justin the next time we need service.
