What started out as a request to unclog a toilet became a leak repair and drain inspection, cleaning and jetting out with “The Raptor.” It was something I hadn’t planned, but decided after the first guys came out, to add the secondary services. One unplanned service was to reroute the sink drain to avoid an original pipe that was buried in a wall to a new branch that was added to the drain stack in the basement.

Technician Blake was great and efficient. What i appreciated the most is he didn't mansplain anything. He made sure I was aware of the components that he was checking and the importance of.
