Technician was competent, knowledgeable and personable.

Move the water meter in the floor and fixed the floor drain and fixed the kitchen sink. Great job! done in one day! Very nice man and very good at explaining what was done and what needs to be done.

Extremely satisfied with Hoover and this time specifically with the work Jason did. He was knowledgeable and gave me options about the leak. He also took care of some other plumbing issues that he noticed. He did not push me to do work but showed me and explained it. Some of the issues I had put off already but I had total confidence in him and had the work done. No plumbing work is free, but I felt the price was fair. I’ve had Hoover covering me on electrical, plumbing and ac work (Nolan was awesome with the ac work). Hoover must treat its employees well because I have never been disappointed with any of them.

Dalton was super professional, and did us the service of merging our accounts together. Gave us a number of options for services with different quotes. Everything was smooth and well explained!

Kevin and Colin did a wonderful job replacing my faucets and garbage disposal! They were very friendly and efficient.

Service was fine appointment. Scheduling needs work period they told me the contractor would be there between eight and ten contractors showed up late and said he didn't know why they made the appointment between eight and ten. Because they have a company meeting. First thing in the morning.

Technical person was very friendly, very knowledgeable and explained the issue that I have, options for fixing, pros and cons of each option.

I had an electrical issue where the lights in some rooms went off all of a sudden. Someone from DTE came to take a look at the issue and asked me to contact an electrician. I reached out to Hoover and Jared was sent to help with the issue. Jared was extremely methodical in his approach of finding the root cause for the problem and replacing the wiring which had been damaged. He also explained his work flow clearly and got the power restored in the rooms as quick as possible.

Update: I had Jason D stop by for a plumbing inspection and a water heater flush and he did a great job with explaining things to look out for immediately and long term.

We have had plumbing work and a new hot water tank put in by them. Very nice and thorough. Had a few hiccups, but they took care of it quickly and efficiently. Today we had a furnace inspection by Jordan and he was fantastic. Very personable, polite, and knowledgeable.

We also had electrical work, which was fantastic.

We also had them put waterlines to our fridge.

They inspected and did some repairs on our air conditioner.

Today we had a new furnace installed by Dee Algahmi and his assistant David. They were both respectful and Dee was so thorough. It Is never pleasurable to have a lot of work done in your home, but they were very respectful of our house, did a fabulous job, and we look forward to using our new furnace. Thanks Dee!!!

We’ve been using them for a few years and are very happy with their work. They’re not the cheapest but they standby what they do and always come through for you.

D was awesome! What a hard worker! We did not expect our furnace to go out during the coldest part of winter. Dee and team got it done! He explained everything simply and showed us all the work done. Showed us how to change the filter (hands on). He went over the humidifier, where the lines go, on/off etc. Explained how the model of furnace we choose works and sounds (and he was spot on!). Told us we would get a call to set up inspection date and time (we did). D was very thorough, super friendly, polite, and a super worker! Great job! Highly recommend D and Hoover!
