Chris Linton from hoover plumbing did an outstanding job with my toilet repair. He explained everything he needed to do as well as evaluating my other toilets. We had a great experience with our plumbing inspection today with Hoover. Justin was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through everything he found, and explained what was an issue and what wasn’t, so I fully understood the situation and felt comfortable moving forward. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Justin and the Hoover team!

I was at a loss with no hot water and no answers to resolve this problem. Then the stars aligned and I called Hoover for help. In swooped their dream team just in time. Dorian,his supervisor, and Brendan.put their knowledge and expertise together and diagnosed my problem! Tom at DTE even stepped up to help. End of story : We have Hot Water!!!!!! Our technician, Jack Quartuccio, arrived on time and immediately checked out our complaint that our upstairs tub was not draining. He quickly found the problem and got things draining right away.
