I wish I could give more stars! I’d give the whole Milky Way if I could! I simply cannot express just how amazing Hoover Electric has been. In attempting to get a new roof installed, the inspector abruptly stopped work on the job because they uncovered electrical wiring on top of the roof. We were told that we would need to have an electrician remove said wiring in order to continue with the roof. The roofing company recommended Hoover for the job. Hoover came out within hours to assess the situation which was unique to everyone. Eric, the technician, said he would need to get some others involved to come up with a solution, so he gathered a team of experts, including Will and Donnie, to come out the next morning. In the meantime, the roofers came back with new tarps and covered my roof… with rain in the forecast. After leaving work the next day, but with some important errands to run, my son called me and said it was raining and the tarp was leaking… rain was coming in throughout the house and even running into the basement. I was hours from being able to get there so I called several individuals at the roofing company but either got no response (in their defense it was late on a Friday) or was told they couldn’t get there. I then began calling my contacts at Hoover. Eric happens to live in my area and, like a Superhero, took time out of his evening to come to my son’s rescue. The two of them went up on the roof, in the rain, and fixed the tarp! Eric is our Hero!!! He and his colleague, Chloe, came out the next day to get the electrical off the roof so that the roofers can continue working. They finished that phase of the project in one day with minimal interruption in power. They are still in the process of coming up with a permanent solution for wiring those lights that were powered by the wiring that had been on the roof but I have every confidence in their ability to do so. Everyone at Hoover has been so warm and caring. Their only purpose has been to get a roof over our heads and, not only that, but to preserve the integrity and style of my home… my childhood home, designed by my dad, that I love so much! A million thanks to Hoover Electric!!!

He spent so much time explaining what was wrong with my water softener and gave detailed options for resolving.i so appreciated his work ethic and commitment to his profession

I goggled plumbing and selected Hoover Plumbing they were reasonably priced and no hiding fees. They set the appointment, send me pictures of the technician that were assigned to come to my home and we’re on time. Very friendly explained what they were doing and show me pictures of the job. We just had Hoover Electric out to help us with some outdoor lights. Our technician was Dalton. I cannot say enough nice things. The company kept me informed of his arrival. Dalton was knowledgable and courteous. And the price was reasonable!! They for sure get 5 stars!
