Chris was absolutely outstanding. From the moment he arrived, he was on time, attentive, polite, respectful, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to actually listen to what was going on, explain everything to me in a way that made sense, and walk me through what he was seeing without ever making me feel rushed or talked down to. What impressed me most was that he did not try to sell me something I did not need. He could have easily pushed parts, repairs, or additional work, but instead he focused on diagnosing the issue correctly and giving me honest information. That level of integrity is rare. I have honestly never had a service person make me feel this comfortable in my own home. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and respectful from beginning to end. This was one of those experiences that genuinely changes how you view a company.

They were able to come out on the same day I called them, which was a Saturday. They were fast, friendly got the work done and they did a great job and it didn’t cost a fortune.

Had the toilet and shower back up. Tyler came out same day and got it unplugged very quickly.

I'm confident that working with Hoover is the right move. I appreciate that they have professionals that can address multiple issues in my home. Right now it's a drain issue, but the electrical issues are on the list as well. Erik have me a reasonable quote for the work needed as well as additional options. Very thorough.

We called because we were having electrical issues in our house. After a power surge due to storms. They were able to come out immediately and they are working with our insurance company for a solution. Our tech ( Gage) was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, kind and compassionate.
