Melissa Goodell, the service technician was calm, organized, efficient, careful, thoughtful, thorough, and cleaned up what little mess resulted. She explained what was going on with our A/C unit, furnace and ductwork--the wear and tear, aging, dirt collecting on different important parts of each with pictures taken, etc. And why it was important to do the maintenance. She even put in our new furnace filter that we'd already had on hand. I highly recommend her!

I set up an appointment by text and they came out within 2 hours! They were very professional and explained things in an easy to understand manner. I was impressed and signed up to be a vip member.

I had a stubborn clogged kitchen drain that I tried snaking myself with no success. I called Hoover and Tyler was onsite 3 hours after my call.

He was very polite, knowledgeable, and tidy. Most importantly, he was very thorough and persistent. I'm very happy to report he resolved my issue. After today's experience I would recommend this company and will call again if need be.

We had Cameron fix our refrigerant leak in our AC system. The leak was caused by poor workmanship from a different company when the AC was installed 3 years ago. Cameron did a wonderful job and he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. My wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hoover for any of your HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical needs. John Pogoto was Very Thorough in his Workmanship on my Boiler and Hot Water Tank. John is a Very Good Salesman because he signed me up on the $299 Annual Maintenance Program!

My annual plumbing inspection revealed a couple of problems. Plumber Tom Nummer provided the solutions that fixed these issues and did a great job as well. Would recommend Tom for anyone needing plumbing work!

Professional service and the technician David was pleasant and explained everything

I am so appreciative of Hoover's prompt and efficient service. We had a huge concern at our main shut off valve and Kyle diagnosed it and Steve fixed it ASAP. Hoover Electric and Plumbing help to avert what could have turned into a basement full of water and thousands of dollars and gave us peace of mind.

Heat a/c inspection by John Pagoto. He was professional, thorough, friendly. He arrived on time and explained the situation with my split a/c heat unit in terms I could understand.

Plumber Byron was pleasant and very professional. He put on shoe covers and after asking what I needed he went to work removing my toilet. He removed a mishaped wax ring and replaced it with a heavy duty one. He then carefully seated the toilet with new hardware and finally caulked the base. He also explained why the toilet leaked before the repair. I will recommend Hoover to family and friends and Byron if he's available. Byron also gave me a military discount.

Hoover rescheduled on me. I made clear I had an appointment at a certain time and they met my needs.

Matt called me with the time he would arrive and was right on target. He did a great job snaking my kitchen sink and it works perfectly. I would recommend Hoover Electric, plumbing and heating to anyone.

Blake was awsome..not only with his knowledge but explaining every detail of the work performed. I think management should give him a raise or buy lunch. Will wait for your estimate on duct cleaning. Thank you again Blake.
