Andrew completed a full plumbing inspection today. He was extremely thorough and gave us various options on things that were urgent versus those that could wait a while. He was especially careful with repairing an old faucet so as not to damage the hardware. Exceptional work.

Melissa Goodell called and was prompt about arrival . Her professional straight forward attention to detail ; right down to sketching , to make it easier for me to understand , very helpful . She explained options for replacement parts . What was needed to safely operate furnace/AC units . I am also now a "VIP" Member Only . I will call towards the end of July to speak about repairs /replace existing unit(s) . Hoover has a top notch representative in Melissa Sincerely , Marc Kohlmann

I cannot recommend Aaron from Hoover Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Cooling highly enough! We recently had a nightmare scenario with a previous worker who did a defective replacement that left our plumbing completely unanchored, back-pitched, and rigged to freeze and flood our basement all over again next winter. Aaron arrived right on time, assessed the situation with absolute professionalism, and immediately identified the severe code violations left behind. He stepped up, walked us through the exact mechanical corrections needed, and completely redid the job the right way. He properly anchored the flange, re-established the perfect downward pitch for safe winterization, and replaced the compromised valve assembly. He was incredibly thorough, clean, and provided us with a flawless, itemized corporate invoice detailing his code verification for our homeowner's insurance. Aaron turned a highly stressful situation into total peace of mind.

Matt came out to give us an estimate for a AC system replacement. He asked us a lot of questions on what we were looking for and gave us a few options. He took pictures of what needed to be done to update the central AC. He also explained that our old furnace is on borrowed time and it would be cheaper if we did both at the same time. We thought about it and it made sense so we had both furnace and AC replaced. Aaron and his crew came out a few days later to install both. They were done within 7 hours and left the area spotless. Great experience.

Technicians were all respectful and first class. Did seem like the hourly rate was a bit high.

I was having issues with my central air. John Pagoto came out and was able to diagnose the issue with the condenser very quickly. Provided an acid wash and inspection of the system. He provided useful insight on the AC and furnace systems along with routine maintenance information. Would recommend and use in the future. Very professional!

Very pleasant and knowledgeable replaced outdated smoke alarms, and added carbon monoxide detection. All found on my inspection which was completed in a timely fashion.

What a great, easy experience! Very quick response to come replace my bathtub faucets and toilets! Chris came to quote on Friday and technicians were back on Monday! We discovered a large sink hole where our sewer line goes into to main on Wednesday. I called Hoover and within an hour they had a Tech out to my house. The problem was accessed and they gave us solutions. This was Wednesday, Friday the start of the holiday weekend, we had a crew at my house they fixed the problem. Drains are working better than ever. Everyone that came to the house was very professional and courteous. Kept us informed through out the process. I would recommend Hoover to take care of you plumbing needs.
