Very professional. Explained everything in detail.

Replaced ducts in my house. Got quotes from multiple places and hoover was the only one that walked through the details of the quote and stayed long enough to explain to me they that they understood all of what needed to be done, plus correcting other interrelated items at the same time. Most places charged for quotes and hoover didnt, some came and looked and didnt explain anything or allow me to ask questions to understand if they knew what needed to be done. Hoover worked to understand my mold and vent situation and offered other servies like UV light HVAC install to reduce mold and bacteria from coming back. My house was older and had some nuiances in vent exit design and Hoover worked around the issue to get the right parts to my house to not delay completion date or number of install days. Did an wonderful job and were very professional and kind. Would highly recommend.

Jake came out and helped us getting drain cleaned. Very professional and respectful. I highly recommend him if you ever need help. All I can say is WOW!!! What a relief to have such a respectful young man come to our home. Fritz did such a great job and got our kitchen sink unclogged. Had galvanized pipe leaking like crazy, Hoover came out within an hour, assessed the issue, described in detail what was needed, gave pricing estimates, checked other plumbing questions i had, and set up repairs for the very next morning !! AWESOME !!! Brennan and Alex were superb, professional, courteous, helpful, described and showed all work to be done, very knowledgeable, cleaned up when done, and made sure everything was back to a neat condition. SO GLAD I CALLED HOOVER !! THANK YOU !!!!

Tom did a great job, the only problem I have is the water pressure coming out of secondary bedroom faucet is not as strong as it was before the hot water heater was flushed. All other faucets are fine. He was here over 3 hours working on new outdoor frost free faucet install, hot water heater flush and inspection of all plumbing.

Dalton was on time, knowledgeable, and thorough. Troubleshot and fixed all of our issues. Would definitely recommend this company for any electrical needs.

We just bought our home less than a year ago so having an unexpected need for a new heating and air system wasn’t what I wanted to hear! The team that came (Dee & Evan) were so calming, prompt and explained everything in great detail. While I didn’t get to interact with Evan much he was working diligently outside and left the outdoor looking great. Dee explained everything he did, made us feeling more confident about using our new system, and didn’t leave until much later than he expected with the complexity of the system change! I recommend him to come to your home for any need!

Needed front and back hose bibs (outdoor spigots) replaced. Brad, Joe, and Colin did a great job. They’re all friendly and professional.

Melissa Goodell came out to do an annual A/C inspection as part of our annual maintenance. Melissa was on-time, thorough in her evaluation and analysis, explained her findings completely and offered options for resolution. She also helped with installing new pmac furnace filter, purchase and installation of the furnace water panel and called the office to arrange for a follow-up assessment and consult, as well as to guide me on reorder of pmac and water panel filters going forward. A great overall experience and thanks to Melissa.

Our technician, Gage Hamilton, was the 3rd electrician we had come out to the house. No one else was willing to take on the job. He diagnosed our problem quickly and had our electricity restored promptly. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took the time to talk us through everything and make sure we understood everything. He even came back a second time to finalize repairs. Definitely would recommend using Hoover for any electrical repairs or work.

My technician, Wesley Green, was very professional and showed that he knew his craft. He explained what was needed to be done and allowed me to answer questions. After completing the job, he did a check with me to make sure that what he did was correct. He was timely and left the area in which he worked in clean order. When I am in need of another plumbing job, I certainly will be requesting Wesley!

As a fellow small business owner i know how important communication is. Hoover is 10/10! We all know waiting around for the technician to show up can be a shot in the dark with best hopes and typically mediocre results. NOT HOOVER! The communication from booking and confirmation 10/10. The text informing me of not just who my technician is but also a bit about him 10/10. Already started the process as less like strangers which is so great when they’re coming in to your home. The tracking tool to not just give a time estimate but an actual this is when he is coming 20/10!! The quote I received was absolutely competitive. The information about the repairs and a few notes on other items incredibly helpful. I got more information about what I needed done than I knew I needed and appreciated all of it. About our specific technician Chris… he came a partial stranger and left a friend. He was kind, understanding and honestly you can tell he truly loves his job and shows that in the description, discussions and explanations he gives of what needs to be done and how it would happen. He left an incredibly positive impact when he left today! I’m grateful for his expertise and the opportunity to have met him! 20/10 recommend!!

Hoover installed a second water meter and PVB valve for lawn irrigation. The technicians were professional as could be and always wore shoe covers whenever entering the house. They explained the entire process and pointed out every detail and location of the new plumbing. Excellent service.

Clogged kitchen sink

Tyler came out from Hoover, as I was having drain clog issues. I called and he was at my house in 20 minutes. He took a look at all the plumbing to the bathroom and snaked my sink drain and cleared the clog. We also spoke about having a camera scope done as I live in an older house just to see how things look in there. I'm a VIP member, so this service is free. I set that up too following my free drain snake, as I get 2 of those a year for being a VIP member as well. Tyler was thorough and very nice. I really appreciated his expertise. I recommend Hoover to anyone needing plumbing, hvac, or electric services. They are a great and reliable company.

After having another company out to review my smoke/CO alarm beeping for no reason, I had Hoover send out someone to look at my alarm system that keeps alarming every evening. It was a mystery why, as the system is only three years old. Aron was dispatched to my job and brought his professionalism and patience with him. I am pleased with the service, and hope to be done with this mystery. Thanks Aron!

We needed a new Panel. Sean came out and took a look. We had the original panel was Pushmadic breakers Sean explained Google that they were discontinued around 1984. Sean was very down to earth, Our DTE lines coming in were also outdated I sulation was wide open. The next Day Michael came out with two workers, The entire job was completed in one day. They also installed two can lights in out living room. These Folks did a outstanding job. Michael explained that code now requires a outside disconnect just incase of a emergency people can shut off the whole house. I Would say if you need of this service you would be foolish to call anyone else.

Got estimate for work I want to do

Very good workmanship and customer service. Steven replaced a toilet and toilet flange. I was concerned because my house is 1960s, so old cast-iron sewage pipes. Steven did get the new flange to seat properly, with a very clean caulk line at the base of the toilet. I’m a very satisfied customer!

Extremely responsive and at our house within a couple hours of the initial call. Able to quickly finish 3 needed fixes. Wesley was wonderful!

Hoover exceeded all my expectations! From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and top-quality. A huge shoutout to Tom—he did an outstanding job and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Tom is a true pro and the reason I’ll be calling Hoover again without hesitation.

Hoover did an excellent job with our underground sewer repair and refurbishment. Needed to replace a section of pipe which collapsed and then a follow-up with trenchless liner install (CIPP) from the house, out to the connection with the city main. An expensive repair, but it would be with any company. They were able to help us out and reduce from their original estimate. The cost is in the equipment for the UV light cured pipe liner. Hoover’s technicians were all friendly and professional and answered all my many questions. Would recommend them to anyone facing similar circumstances.

I assumed I was just looking for an unclogging, however Tyler was able to find what the real problem and was able to get me scheduled for a repair because unfortunately it wasn't a simple unclogging. From the first phone call to their main office to the end result has been great!

Hoover completed the job I had booked which was quite extensive. Let me tell you. The work that Hoover did was exceptional. Super clean work. Incredibly respectful of the homeowner. I will call Hoover for any needs going forward. They were spot on with timing, and kept me updated every single step of the way. Also they made sure I was happy before they left and they asked how I wanted things done such as how would I like the conduit ran. That stuff matters. It’s the little things. I found Brandon to be a very accomplished and accountable young man. He arrived to give me a quote on installing an EV charger in my home. Upon a thorough examination, he advised me that my home Electrical service is not adequate to accommodate a new EV charger. I really appreciate it is honesty.

During a wind storm we recently had our gfi ruined in our bathroom. Hoover sent Greg D out the same day (literally within 2 hours) to look at our issue. He was able to quickly fix it and also suggested a surge protector on our box. Somehow we never thought of that and have had two power surges in the past two years (due to weather) and had previously lost a lot of electronics. He was able to install that as well while at our house, at a great price. In addition, he checked our other outlets while at the house to make sure they were all working properly. Highly recommend them for any electrical, plumbing, hvac or ac needs. My father recommened them to me and I'm glad he did!

Ryan always does a great job. He is professional and courteous. He answers questions and encourages you to ask so you understand what your system does. He is dedicated to his job. He is a great on the job trainer for Matt who is going to be a great Tech like Ryan. Ryan doesn't get frustrated he just makes sure things are right.

I haven’t had the work completed yet, but I wanted to share my experience so far. Hoover Plumbing has been very conscientious and thorough in the planning stage. Before moving forward, they are taking the time to consult with the inspector to ensure everything is done correctly and up to code, which I really appreciate. Aaron, in particular, was excellent. He took his time during the visit, was very conscientious, and didn’t rush through anything. It felt like he genuinely wanted to understand the situation and make sure everything was handled properly. I had multiple rooms that needed workmanship reviewed, and he went through each one carefully, giving each space the time and attention it required. He also made it clear that if the job moves forward, his goal is to make sure it’s done right the first time. So far I’m impressed, and I’m looking forward to receiving the quote and understanding what needs to be done. I also really value that he is coordinating with the inspector to ensure everything is handled properly from the start.

We needed the cleanouts for the sewer main cleared of tree roots. Service was fast and professional.

Drain clear in basement. Roots, hair, and throw away wipes. Matt did a professional job in his duties and explaining. Don't flush throw away wipes people...word to the wise.

I have nothing but compliments to both this company and the two technicians that came out to conduct repairs. I lost power to half of my house and gave Hoover a call. They had Gage come out the same day and ascertain the issue and give an estimate. It was so much lower than I expected! Today, Gage and William came out and power is restored. They were professional and kind and explained everything to me before they did it. Communication with both the office staff and the technicians was phenomenal. I will be using them again and highly recommend them!

Used hoover previously a few months back for a furnace, so we called them again when the water heater needed to be replaced. Kyle came out this time with the same as the previous employees having a professional friendly and informative conversation of all from start to finish. Kyle also needed extra patience with me as I went back and forth. The end result, thus far, very pleased with my new water heater and and my choice in using Hoover EPH again.
