What started out as a request to unclog a toilet became a leak repair and drain inspection, cleaning and jetting out with “The Raptor.” It was something I hadn’t planned, but decided after the first guys came out, to add the secondary services. One unplanned service was to reroute the sink drain to avoid an original pipe that was buried in a wall to a new branch that was added to the drain stack in the basement.

Techs were very knowledgeable.

Tyler was so professional and patient with the “issue” at my dad’s. Thank you for the the quick service and excellent care.

Brendan gave us a detailed quote for ev charger and 2 20 amp circuit installed. He was great to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer him.

Hoover was available the next day and Danny was efficient and proficient in changing out the old copper shut off valve and installing a new one to our refrigerator.

He did a wonderful job in removing the water back up in basement floor drain. Very professional and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone.

Chris showed and explained the problems with my furnace. He took the time to give me the options because my heat exchanger was cracked. So I can either repair or replace the furnace. He was bery thorough.

We had a gushing boiler leak and we called Hoover pretty early in the morning. Mackenzie picked up right away and she was so professional and completely understood the urgency. It immediately put us at ease. We were so surprised and happy that someone was there for emergencies. They sent someone very quickly who said he wasn’t the boiler expert, but he could patch it up so it stops leaking until David Dunlap arrived. David arrived shortly after and fixed it completely and got us the part we needed. The whole fix was completed by the very next day. We were very impressed with his professionalism, speed, and effectiveness. On another occasion, David found the source of an attic leak and we were then able to show our contractor where to fix it since it was not in an area that Hoover services. I have many more examples, too many to list. David consistently goes above and beyond and has basically become a hero in this household. From their impeccable notes to their front-desk professionals, Hoover is a class act. They honor their warranties and I suggest signing up for their VIP service, especially if you live in an older home.

Matt B. was great! He checked wiring for our outlets and did a safety check on our breaker box. He was also able to quickly replace our hard wired fire detector with a fire / carbon monoxide combo detector. Matt was very helpful and personable.

Today, my service team included a great HVAC guy. His name is Dee Algami! He was knowledgeable and equally helpful in getting my job done correctly. He’s gave me tips for maintenance that I can manage myself between service calls to keep things flowing well he’s great!

My Plumber Dave G. and his assistant today were the most professional plumbers I have ever hired. Dave's years of experience is evidenced by his knowledge which he shared with me to help in my decision making process regarding replacing a copper pipe (not up to code) with an up to date steel piping connection to my refrigerator ice maker water source. Also, Dishwasher installs are difficult. I know because I could not find any plumbers who were confident enough to take it on. Dave removed my old dishwasher and installed my new one and everything is in tip top shape now.

From start to finish I'm very happy with Hoover. From calling the office to schedule to the Maintenance specialist who can out to address the issue with my furnace. Taylen was excellent. Showed up when he said he would so I didn't have to miss too much work. He was kind and kept me informed with the diagnosising issues with my furnace. He was quick to fix the issue and answered any questions I had. His honesty and professionalism truly deserve my 5 stars. The entire team was very kind and understanding throughout the whole process.

Chris was absolutely amazing… very kind, friendly yet professional. He was totally knowledgeable and honest about my repair. I had a total hip replacement just a few weeks ago so it is critical to have hot water to keep my incision clean to prevent infection. Im on a walker and I’m not able to carry pots of boiled water , Chris was very compassionate about my needs and he made sure my water tank was fixed and I had hot water before he left here. Chris wasn’t only concerned about my repair today , he also explained to me condition of my 12 year old water tank, he also gave me a fair estimate of a new one and a maintenance plan as well . Thank you Chris for taking care of my needs!!!! From this day forward I will be counting on Hoover and their amazing HVAC Service Technician Chris Meyers for any repairs or replacement service I may need!!

I most definitely would consider Hoover electric plumbing heating and cooling! These guys were so nice and concerned with my every thought and concern! Chris came in the morning to give it a diagnosis and Brennon and his partner were just as nice! If I could give them all more than five stars, I most definitely would! This a fast and complete company that will get you done and I’m smelling bleach so they cleaned my laundry room to a T after they installed my hot water tank! What great guys! I’m so glad this company has some wonderful guys working for them. I could not have been more comfortable and at ease with them in my home. Great job guys. I really appreciate all three of you.

Needed a new HVAC system, furnace, A/C and duct cleaning. Had a great experience with the whole staff, from sales to installation. Dee, who was here for the installation was fabulous. If I had any questions , he was able to answer . I recommend Hoover.

The total experience was great

Very expensive compared to other authorized dealers!! I needed a new HVAC system. The Bryant unit before lasted 25 years so I decided I’d get another one. I got quotes from all of the local Bryant dealers and Hoovers was by far the highest. They quoted $12,214.75 for a two stage 80% furnace, AC unit, and new humidifier. I went with another authorized Bryant dealer and paid less than $9,000 for a two stage 97% furnace, new venting, new ac unit, new Honeywell filter box, new humidifier, and new pump. I paid almost $4,000 less than Hoovers quote and got a better furnace and more stuff. The only reason I’m not giving one star is because their guys were very professional. The pricing however is completely out of touch. Always get multiple quotes!

My range would trip the 220 50amp breaker recently. Since the stove was around 20 years old I thought it was broken and purchased a new stove. First time using it to preheat the oven, the circuit tripped. Now I figured out there was a problem between the circuit breaker and the stove plug connection. Since all that was old as well I decided to call Hoover Electric for professional electrical diagnosis and service. Great service technician, super nice, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and even offer some good suggestions for the future. I am very impressed with the quality of service, the parts installed, prompt next day service, keep me informed every step of the way. The tech Dalton was just totally awesome in every way. I highly recommend Hoover Electric for your service needs.

Today, I had electrician Aron Foster give an estimate for replacing my parents outdated fuse box. Aron greeted me almost as if we were friends. He was gracious and immediately took on the task of giving me an estimate. Aron was very thorough and clearly knew his craft well. He explained everything to me in ways that I could understand. He offered a cost, plans and a warranty that are fairly priced for the job. Aron gave me confidence in considering using Hoover.

I needed a gas line update to accommodate a new gas dryer and a leaky pipe repair. Kyle was great! He checked everything, explained everything and quoted a very reasonable price. The work was done the same day by technicians Steve and Alex. I would definitely recommend.

He did a great job and was very clean, only took an hour total! I will never use any other company. I’ve used many and they always do the best work.

Brennan did a great job for us today replacing corroded fixtures in my shower. Took care with the job , cleaned up and even put in an access panel instead of just leaving a hole in my drywall when I had a bad pipe in my shower. Very pleased!

I would never use Hoover electric I had to tuneup schedule at 11 AM and they tell my Wife furnace not working $4000 repair cost second opinion check out my furnace working 100% . $49 tuneup turned to Service call so he charges $149 I didn’t I didn’t need to pay. I just wanted to tuneup simple work.

Hoover was responsive and got my water heater replaced within 24 hours. Wesley was fantastic. Polite and knowledgeable.

Additionally, in October I had Cameron Kitchen and Dee Algahmi out to repair several gas leaks as well as a new gas line to my dryer. They were very thorough in explaining the work being done as well as professional and prompt. Great job, once again!
