$0 CALL-OUT FEE
Normal dispatch fees are $60 but by being a VIP Member we will come out at no cost during normal business hours! Monday through Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm. Saturdays, 8:00am – 2:00pm. Diagnosis/troubleshooting fee may apply. Free estimates.
FRONT-OF-LINE-PASS
Priority service over non-VIP members which means if you have an emergency that needs to be taken care of, we will reschedule non-members to get our VIPs taken care of first!
YEARLY HVAC INSPECTION
Annual inspections on your furnace and AC are done throughout the year to ensure your system is running to its fullest potential! AC inspections must be performed at temperatures maintaining 60°F outside for them to be properly inspected. Furnaces can be inspected at any point throughout the year.
PLUMBING & ELECTRICAL INSPECTIONS
Complimentary plumbing and electrical inspections are done upon VIP Member's request.

Replaced ducts in my house. Got quotes from multiple places and hoover was the only one that walked through the details of the quote and stayed long enough to explain to me they that they understood all of what needed to be done, plus correcting other interrelated items at the same time.
Most places charged for quotes and hoover didnt, some came and looked and didnt explain anything or allow me to ask questions to understand if they knew what needed to be done. Hoover worked to understand my mold and vent situation and offered other servies like UV light HVAC install to reduce mold and bacteria from coming back.
My house was older and had some nuiances in vent exit design and Hoover worked around the issue to get the right parts to my house to not delay completion date or number of install days.
Did an wonderful job and were very professional and kind. Would highly recommend.

All I can say is WOW!!! What a relief to have such a respectful young man come to our home. Fritz did such a great job and got our kitchen sink unclogged. Once he left it was like he was never here he cleaned up and left us with a working sink. I will definitely be recommending Hoover to all. You have a customer for life !! Thank you Fritz

Had galvanized pipe leaking like crazy, Hoover came out within an hour, assessed the issue, described in detail what was needed, gave pricing estimates, checked other plumbing questions i had, and set up repairs for the very next morning !! AWESOME !!!
Brennan and Alex were superb, professional, courteous, helpful, described and showed all work to be done, very knowledgeable, cleaned up when done, and made sure everything was back to a neat condition. SO GLAD I CALLED HOOVER !! THANK YOU !!!!

Tom did a great job, the only problem I have is the water pressure coming out of secondary bedroom faucet is not as strong as it was before the hot water heater was flushed. All other faucets are fine. He was here over 3 hours working on new outdoor frost free faucet install, hot water heater flush and inspection of all plumbing.

We just bought our home less than a year ago so having an unexpected need for a new heating and air system wasn’t what I wanted to hear! The team that came (Dee & Evan) were so calming, prompt and explained everything in great detail. While I didn’t get to interact with Evan much he was working diligently outside and left the outdoor looking great. Dee explained everything he did, made us feeling more confident about using our new system, and didn’t leave until much later than he expected with the complexity of the system change! I recommend him to come to your home for any need!
