Happy with the furnace inspection.

Sean was here to do an annual electrical inspection. He was very thorough and explained everything that might be a concern in the future. An added bonus, he was a very polite gentleman.

Furnace inspection covered as part of plan. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth. Learned a lot. I didn't feel rushed.

Chris was absolutely amazing… very kind, friendly yet professional. He was totally knowledgeable and honest about my repair. I had a total hip replacement just a few weeks ago so it is critical to have hot water to keep my incision clean to prevent infection. Im on a walker and I’m not able to carry pots of boiled water , Chris was very compassionate about my needs and he made sure my water tank was fixed and I had hot water before he left here. Chris wasn’t only concerned about my repair today , he also explained to me condition of my 12 year old water tank, he also gave me a fair estimate of a new one and a maintenance plan as well . Thank you Chris for taking care of my needs!!!! From this day forward I will be counting on Hoover and their amazing HVAC Service Technician Chris Meyers for any repairs or replacement service I may need!!

I most definitely would consider Hoover electric plumbing heating and cooling! These guys were so nice and concerned with my every thought and concern! Chris came in the morning to give it a diagnosis and Brennon and his partner were just as nice! If I could give them all more than five stars, I most definitely would! This a fast and complete company that will get you done and I’m smelling bleach so they cleaned my laundry room to a T after they installed my hot water tank! What great guys! I’m so glad this company has some wonderful guys working for them. I could not have been more comfortable and at ease with them in my home. Great job guys. I really appreciate all three of you.

Taylen was excellent!! He talked to me with respect and helped me learn more about my furnace and thermostat situation in case I have issues with it in the future. I was happy to purchase a Hoover membership and will gladly request him to come out for any major HVAC issues I may have!

My son recommended Hoover to us. We are replacing counters and needed a plumber quickly. Danny was over promptly and unhooked everything quickly. My husband had him replace valves too. Very knowledgeable and honest. Definitely will call them again. We needed work on our furnace. I called Hoover and they sent Cameron out to service. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the furnace. I felt he really loved what he was doing. I highly recommend Hoover.
