In recent years I have had my Water Heater/Furnace and yesterday new AC installed by Hoover. Their work has been excellent and all of their service techs have been wonderful to work with. I feel their pricing is very good compared to other quotes I've investigated. And their follow-up service is very good. I highly recommend them.

My home A/C unit stopped working called Hoover electric Plumbing heating and cooling company they took all my information and told me that a technician would contact me by text and let me know when he would be coming out. The nice thing about it was when he texted me that he was coming out he also sent a picture of himself Which is a good security measure! the technician that came out was Chris Meyers and In a short time, he discovered that the condenser fan motor was bad. He also followed through By checking the other components in the unit and found that the contactor was burnt and rusty, and the capacitor was out of specs Cris Explained to me everything on the components and what they do and Why they need to be replaced he gave me a price.And also , Explained the pros and cons of repairing the unit or replacing the unit my Decision was to repair the unit. He replaced all the components Started the unit up and verified that everything is working correctly. Also measure the input temperature and output temperature of the unit at the furnace. DueTo the age of the AC unit, the specs were a little bit lower than preferred.But Still function correctly and still was cooling home. Cris is A very knowledgeable, professional technician
and respectful of property Outside and inside the home I highly recommend him. I'm a satisfied customer,

David was great, very professional, quick to diagnose the issue and fast to correct it.
My main concern though is their pricing structure. 10 minutes to replace a $15 capacitor cost over $500.

Excellent customer service- all employees very professional, knowledgeable and experienced in areas of expertise. We are so happy with the work we had done to complete a collapsed sewer, one of the best companies for trench-less repairs- other companies would have had to dig up all cement and garage to fix other wise!
