Kyle was a pleasure to deal with. Hoover plumbing got him out here same day. His appearance was neat and professional . The work was done efficiently and so far my brand new sump pump is working just like it should.

They arrived one day after we called and had the repair performed with a a matter of an hour. Could have not gotten better service and Joe did a terrific job with the repair.

They came in and did a great job on my basement drain replacement. They worked quickly and efficiently. Dominic also made sure to explain everything to me when something came up that I knew was a possibility. Everyone that came in was friendly and they cleaned up behind themselves

Hoover Electric did a great job! Trish was great when we called asking about emergency services and got us on the schedule as soon as possible. I also appreciated her explaining costs and being transparent about possible charges which made me feel a lot more comfortable with the company.

The technicians, Brendan and Aaron, were sure to give us a heads-up before arriving and were very friendly, professional and courteous. They also explained the problem clearly and answered all of my questions. They came prepared and were able replace our faulty outlet (thank God it wasn't a bigger issue) at a reasonable price. Brendan and Aaron were great, were obviously knowledgeable, and they cleaned up after themselves before leaving.

I would gladly recommend Hoover to anyone in need of electrical services!
