Ryan was great! He was friendly, our dog loved him and he did a great job diagnosing our furnace. He gave us information about what was wrong, how to make it work better and maintenance tips. When he left our house our furnace worked!

I always get excellent service when I call Hoover Electric Plumbing Heating & Cooling! Today Cameron was the technician that was assigned to the repair of my furnace. He did a complete checkup of the furnace and diagnosed the problem. He also went and got a new part that was covered under warranty, came back and replaced the part . Then ran another complete checkup to make sure everything was running smoothly and up to snuff! I am very happy with everything today! I highly recommend this company for all of your needs. I have used them for all my Electrical, Heating, Cooling and Plumbing, issue's. I am very happy with everything! And it's so convenient to be able to call just one company for all my needs!

He was very helpful and quick with his work and gave out great advice.

Tyler was very professional and proficient. He explained everything that he needed to do to rectify the causes and issues of the main drain. I have only had positive results with all Hoover personnel and Tyler is just another example of a great team.

Taylen was so far better than exceptional? He was a master of his field. He explained all of my units functions, along with tips in maintaining my furnace. He also offered little nuggets of wisdom on the upkeep and maintenance of my furnace. I feel I’m well versed in the functionality of my unit, however Taylen educated me on a number of items I never knew. Tom Nummer did an excellent job diagnosing the issue with the hot water heater and was very clear explaining the issues, and how to fix the hot water issue. He also provided clear multiple quotes for replacing a toilet valve, full toilet replacement and full installation of interior toilet components. I am extremely pleased with his work! Thank you!
