Kyle did a great job assessing and explaining the issues and the potential solutions. No work was done yet as this was the first visit to look at where things are. But we now have a very clear idea of what needs to be done.

I just want to say that I was pleased to have Dan as our technician. He really explained what we need to do next, and we hope to work with him on updating our ancient electric box panel.

Once again Hoover came to my rescue by sending Mike Fitzpatrick out to clean my drain and also run a camera through to check for any damage. He did a great job and was very clean, only took an hour total! I will never use any other company. I’ve used many and they always do the best work.

I was completely satisfied with my entire experience with Hoover, from the first phone call to the excellent work that Michael and Caden did for us. After a tree went down in our neighbors yard and sent a power surge through our house, destroying two fridges, dryer, ceiling fans and more, Hoover is helping to get us back! I highly recommend them and will use them again and again!

Annie, who took the call, was great. She was friendly and got us scheduled the same day (within three hours) of the phone call. Matthew was also friendly and fantastic. Answered all questions and gave us insights to help improve any future plumbing matters. Very glad we called Hoover!!

They was pretty good with everything they did baseboard heaters and wiring and labeling the panels for each unit. And pulling permits.

I had a wiring issue that caused my garbage disposal to fail, called Hoover Electric and in two hours they dispatched Gage, an experienced and knowledgeable electrician who quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.

Our problem was a backed up sink drain. The pipes are over 60 years old and in bad shape. The technician Jack came in and gingerly cleaned out the pipe. It wasn’t easy the pipe was being stubborn but it finally got cleaned and running like new.

professional, courteous HVAC service man, diligent and hardworking. They went over everything they were going to with me and were meticulous in following the work order.

Very efficient and fast. Called on a Friday they were out on Saturday. They had to come back on Monday to do the repairs. Very friendly and very well at explaining what needed to be done and cleaned up so nicely. They were very respectful of my home and made sure everything was left clean and we were happy. Will definitely use them again!

Tom, from Hoover Plumbing was Top Notch!! He was on time, friendly and courteous, and took time to show me and explain what needed to be done to fix our lead pipe issue as well as other issues with our drainage pipe and valves.
