Tom did a great job taking care of our hot water tank cleaning and was highly professional.

Came when they said explained the work needed went over prices and completed the work within time estimate

The staff from first contact to the two guys that came out were friendly and knowledgeable. Jack is a nice young man and he knew his job and did it well. Korey did the camera inspection and explained everything clearly to me.
I need some more work done tomorrow beyond the drain cleaning done today so someone else is coming out to do that. I'm confident they will do the job well. I would recommend Hoover to anyone.
Now July 2026 - I just had my water heater replaced. The workers were nice, respectful and looks like they did a good job with the installation. I didn't have time to get comparison quotes but just from a quick Google ask I think the cost was fair and being a V.I.P. with Hoover got me 10% off. Which was nice! I would recommend Hoover going on the two jobs I've had.
Not to mention they had someone out the same day I called when my water heater was not working and a replacement in the very next day!!

Danny our tech was great. He listened to our concerns regarding leaking pipes. He came up with a gameplan that worked for us. This may not be the cheapest option but he was the one to do our repair and not be passed off to someone else gave us better peace of mind. 10 out of 10 would call again.

Hoover truly impressed, and the following deserve recognition awards because Tyra, Tyler, Mike, and Reagan were all responsive, communicated well, ensuring understanding, friendly information so we all were on the same page moving forward as a signed up VIP. They also resolved my drain issue and informed a long term plan for my consideration. Mike, chole,Ryan were very good at there jobs all were on time, friendly. They didn't mind us watching them it was all day job. Updating our electrical it was old. They cleaned up there miss.

In recent years I have had my Water Heater/Furnace and yesterday new AC installed by Hoover. Their work has been excellent and all of their service techs have been wonderful to work with. I feel their pricing is very good compared to other quotes I've investigated. And their follow-up service is very good. I highly recommend them.

Milan came and took care of our ac problem. He was fast thorough and knowledgeable. Friendly and helpful. Price was affordable. Will continue to use there services for all my needs. A+ service!
