Talk about daylight to dark in customer service! I had kicked another HVAC worker out of my home just a few hours prior to Taylen arriving. Taylen took the time to diagnose and discuss the issues that we were having, he discussed options to gettting our services in working order. He was wonderful in representing his company and the services that they are able to perform. Taylen deserves a CLASS A, 10 out of 10 for his professionalism. Way to go Taylen, you are a wonderful understanding young man. Hoover Company, give him a bonus, he deserves it.

Five stars are not another for David Cattaneo I needed to replace my furnace and David helped me in so many ways. He explain about an energy programs that I might be able to qualify for .He filled out the application right then. He is patient and professional. You can tell that he loves what he does. David is a gem. He is a true asset to Hoover. I would recommend him and the company to anyone that needs a new furnace or any other kind of work to be done.

Giovanni from Hoover serviced my furnace it was for maintenance, he did a great job. He showed me everything that he did and answered all my questions. He was very pleasant and helpful. I give him a 5 star rating.

Ramis from Hoover serviced my furnace for maintenance and checked everything and when he was finished he explained everything to me. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable he deserves all the stars for good service.

Blake was thorough, informative ,personable, highly professional throughout and fast during the entire process. He took the time to explain everything in clear, layman’s terms and provided detailed quotes that gave me a full picture of what was needed. I truly appreciated how quickly he assessed the problem, pick up the repair parts, repaired the issue and checked me out. Highly recommend.

Dorian provided excellent service in helping us get our hot water running, as we weren’t getting hot water from any of the taps in our new home. As first-time homeowners, we really appreciated his patience and willingness to explain things to us. He also shared some helpful additional information about our basement and gave us valuable tips that will help us better understand and maintain our home.

I truly appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and helpful attitude. It was a great experience, and I would definitely call Dorian again whenever we need assistance. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable service and someone who genuinely cares about helping their customers!
