Called Hoover Electric for an AC issue and they were able to come out promptly. The technician identified the problem quickly, and got the system cooling again without any delays.

Our shower temperature had become difficult to control consistently, sometimes getting too hot too quickly. The plumber adjusted and recalibrated the shower valve to improve temperature balance and response. The service took less than two hours. Compared to before, the shower feels much more comfortable and predictable to use daily. Temperature changes happen smoothly now instead of fluctuating unexpectedly. We appreciated that the issue could be solved through adjustment and maintenance instead of requiring complete fixture replacement. It’s a smaller repair that improved everyday comfort immediately.

Mike gave us an estimate for a sewer line replacement. He was knowledgeable and gave a thorough assessment and estimate for the sewer replacement.

The plumber was great and professional. Fixed the problem and gave me additional options.

One of my breakers kept tripping and turning off power in just one part of my house. I called another electrician and they were only at my house for maybe 45 minutes stating they couldn't figure out the issue and thought it was a melted wire in a wall. They recommended some other company and when I called them, they didn't even do residential work. I decided to call Hoover instead and Dalton came out and was so very knowledgeable and reassuring he would be able to figure out the problem. And even though it did take a few visits, he and Matt were able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong and were able to resolve it. I cannot recommend Hoover enough. They were determined to find the problem and not just pass me off to another company. They were efficient and friendly and also bonus that Matt absolutely loved my dog as well.

Hoover came out same day as I called them, and replaced new furnace, Air Conditioner and Air Filter the very next day. I love how they communicate every step with you from beginning to end. They send out a picture of who is coming to your house which I really appreciate and everyone they sent out was excellent from the appraisal guy to the salesperson to the installers. David, Matt, Bradley and Justin were fantastic. I gave David a little bit of a hard time as I was in shock at needing a new furnace but I think he recovered. lol. Matt did an excellent job explaining everything to me and Brad and Justin did an outstanding job installing Everything was done in one day, everything is working properly, explained throughly, and cleaned up beautifully. I would highly recommend Hoover to anyone at this point. I hope their customer service is as good as my initial experience with them.

Eric was very professional and thorough! He explained everything in detail. Cameron worked on my AC and he was a professional as well, he checked for the fuses, installed surge protector and explained everything.

Tom was super helpful and a pleasure to talk to as he gave many tips and info for at home maintenance, as well as a perfect job on flushing our hot water tank with what to do for the future. VIP membership with Hoover is a must even if you don’t get any major work done just for the consultations and no BS knowledge 🙂

We upgraded the ventilation system in our attic after noticing uneven temperatures throughout the house. The roofing team inspected airflow and installed additional vents to improve circulation. The project took about a day and a half. Compared to before, the upstairs feels noticeably cooler during warmer afternoons, and the HVAC system doesn’t seem to work as hard. The crew explained everything clearly and kept the workspace clean the entire time. It’s one of those improvements you don’t immediately think about, but the impact on comfort and efficiency became noticeable within the first few days.

Scheduled last minute due to an emergency and techs were at my home within the hour.

Thomas was very knowledgeable. He walked through all his processes and showed tons of pictures. He gave thorough recommendations with his inspection. He drained and replaced the valves on the water heater in a timely fashion. It was pleasure working with him.

Dalton and Chloe arrived promptly and were extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Went through everything thoroughly and were very respectful. An overall great experience. Definitely recommend.
