Chris Linton from hoover plumbing did an outstanding job with my toilet repair. He explained everything he needed to do as well as evaluating my other toilets. If I have any future plumbing issues....I hope hoover sends Chris back to my house. The price was fair for the excellent work as well as the advice I received

We called because we were having electrical issues in our house. After a power surge due to storms. They were able to come out immediately and they are working with our insurance company for a solution. Our tech ( Gage) was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, kind and compassionate.

Tom did a great job taking care of our hot water tank cleaning and was highly professional.

Came when they said explained the work needed went over prices and completed the work within time estimate

The staff from first contact to the two guys that came out were friendly and knowledgeable. Jack is a nice young man and he knew his job and did it well. Korey did the camera inspection and explained everything clearly to me.
I need some more work done tomorrow beyond the drain cleaning done today so someone else is coming out to do that. I'm confident they will do the job well. I would recommend Hoover to anyone.
Now July 2026 - I just had my water heater replaced. The workers were nice, respectful and looks like they did a good job with the installation. I didn't have time to get comparison quotes but just from a quick Google ask I think the cost was fair and being a V.I.P. with Hoover got me 10% off. Which was nice! I would recommend Hoover going on the two jobs I've had.
Not to mention they had someone out the same day I called when my water heater was not working and a replacement in the very next day!!

Danny our tech was great. He listened to our concerns regarding leaking pipes. He came up with a gameplan that worked for us. This may not be the cheapest option but he was the one to do our repair and not be passed off to someone else gave us better peace of mind. 10 out of 10 would call again.

Hoover truly impressed, and the following deserve recognition awards because Tyra, Tyler, Mike, and Reagan were all responsive, communicated well, ensuring understanding, friendly information so we all were on the same page moving forward as a signed up VIP.
