Called to have a bathroom vent fan replaced. Aron arrived to do the replacement and house electrical inspection. I had another electrical company do work for me two weeks earlier and it was discovered that the work that was done didn’t come close to code. Aron explained what needed to be done to bring everything to code and correctly and at a very reasonable price. Aron called in for help and Marq and Austin arrived and began the work. All three men were very knowledgeable and very friendly and professional. They were very thorough in making sure the job was done right. It was a pleasure doing business with a company that puts customer satisfaction first. I highly recommend Hoover for all your electrical needs.

The technician was very friendly and thorough. Jack and Matt did a great job resolving the drainage problem with my sink. They were professional and personable which is very important to me and I appreciated the time they gave me and genuinely listened to me while they were here.

Very impressed with the Hoover HVAC and electrical technicians that have come to my home. I like how Hoover sends a text message with photos of employees showing up to work. The crew always clean up after themselves and are very nice people. The VIP service plan has been a good investment.

Update 22 October 2026: an HVAC technician, Michael, came out and provided a detailed update on service inspection and setting my humidifier correctly for winter. He did a very nice job writing down what a homeowner should do and when. Another 5-star visit!
