Excellent and professional service

Back in January 2022, my furnace went out while I was on vacation, and I came back to a very cold house. I called Hoover, and they set an appointment the same day. The tech gave me options and completed the repair based upon my selections. After the tech left, I heard a very loud grinding noise coming from the furnace. I left a voicemail, then followed up with a phone call the next morning. The customer service representative scheduled a return visit 3 days out. I talked to a manager and explained the situation, and he sent someone out in 30 minutes. The tech came out, corrected the issue. He handled himself professionally and left me a happy customer when the situation could have been otherwise. I would definitely recommend using Hoover.

Now in August 2026, when my air conditioning was not working properly in these hot summer months, I knew exactly who to call. They sent the technician, Milan, out promptly to assess the situation, and provide me with sound options. I asked the representative, Dan, what he would recommend for himself or his parents, and he gave me an honest answer with the corresponding rationale. Then, Dee came and completed the job. He arrived at the appointed time, he made sure that everything was installed properly, he went the extra mile to make sure that the job was done right and that my furnace room was left clean, and he walked through everything with me at the end. Great job from the whole Hoover team.

The BEST part of the whole experience was being informed that this business offers a $150/year option that covers just a couple minor fixes around the house; you will need to ask for specifics, but I never heard of a plumbing service offering something like this!

We have used Hoover for a number of years and have always been satisfied with their work. The HVAC tech, David, that was working on our AC unit was very efficient and explained all his work. He gave us suggestions for future maintenance, too. Very happy with his work.

The tech arrived I told him what was happening, he checked out a few things and told me what may be wrong, quoted me a price and I agreed and he made the repairs and did an inspection.

The tech was great. I was shocked at the prices, but I guess that’s the way of the world now But he was super.

They were great! We had a sewage back up, and Matthew came quickly, he was helpful and professional, fixed the clog, had some helpful suggestions on next steps, and was not expensive at all for an emergency Saturday visit! We will be going back there!
