He came to our rescue quickly. He was able to fix our leaky pipes and went over and above. We are so appreciative! I have always had the best experiences working with Hoover. Chris came out to help with our gas lines and water heater. We are just as happy with him and Hoover 3 years ago when we first started using them for our home needs.

Very professional and competent. He thoroughly inspected ALL of the faucets, drains, and toilets; explaining what he was doing and why. He suggested several items requiring attention to avoid potential bigger issues. After draining and refilling the hot water tank he remained to ensure the faucets worked properly and water tank properly filled. He's a rock star
