While every repair or maintenance service and every professional technial service person has been stellar, Byron Sanders is a true superstar! Nothing less than a 6! As soon as he entered my home, Byron overviewed the services and tasks he would be delivering as part of the whole home inspection. He throughly explained the water heater cleaning inspection-assessment components and then systematically conducted the work. He discovered some potentially concerning conditions with water main knobs and excess copper tubing on gas dryer which I plan to address to ensure best operability and safety. Byron is personable, engaging, focused and client centered. You can tell he loves his profession by his knowledge, his ability to communicate it layman's terms, and in his great smile. All in All a definite 6***.

Mike was very efficient and very nice. He took pictures, but I knew he would have a hard time getting in there. The crawl space isn't meant for people his size. But he did get the info he needed.

Diego, Brenden and Aidan were awesome. Very respectful and polite. Never gave up and spent a lot of time when some roots were being difficult to remove. Cleared the sewer pipe and completed a sewer line patch near the main. Thank you very much for your efforts completing the job in 1 day.

We learned by the Hoover annual inspection that our 12 yr old furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and required replacement. Within 24 hours, Dee Algahmi installed a new Daikon furnace with updated thermostat. The entire experience was top-notch. Dee and his assistant Dustin were punctual, friendly, efficient and very respectful of our home. They explained the process, made sure the new furnace and our air conditioner were operating correctly, installed our thermostat to wifi and cleaned up before they left. We would strongly recommend this team to family and friends.
