Very professional, personable and knowledgeable.
He called and let me know when he would be here, walked me through the repair, made sure I understood everthing, then asked me if that was what I was good with.

Tony was personable, professional, and informative. He discussed the issue with the drain and exactly what he would be doing and checking to ensure the problem was fixed. He also entertained and educated 3 very inquisitive children on his tools and all he was doing. We will be asking for Tony specifically for any plumbing needs.
