Very good workmanship and customer service. Steven replaced a toilet and toilet flange. I was concerned because my house is 1960s, so old cast-iron sewage pipes. Steven did get the new flange to seat properly, with a very clean caulk line at the base of the toilet. I’m a very satisfied customer!

Excellent service all around! We called requesting a tech for a leak we couldn't track. They scheduled us for the next day. The communication and timeliness was exceptional. Wesley was our technician. He was friendly, punctual got right to work and was very tidy. Within 48 hrs we had everything fixed! Highly recommend their services

Hoover did an excellent job with our underground sewer repair and refurbishment. Needed to replace a section of pipe which collapsed and then a follow-up with trenchless liner install (CIPP) from the house, out to the connection with the city main. An expensive repair, but it would be with any company. They were able to help us out and reduce from their original estimate. The cost is in the equipment for the UV light cured pipe liner. Hoover’s technicians were all friendly and professional and answered all my many questions. Would recommend them to anyone facing similar circumstances.

Tyler came out and was completely professional and personable. I assumed I was just looking for an unclogging, however Tyler was able to find what the real problem and was able to get me scheduled for a repair because unfortunately it wasn't a simple unclogging. From the first phone call to their main office to the end result has been great!
