Joseph from Hoover has been awesome! He came quick, was super courteous and knowledgeable, and we are on track to fixing our issue!

My pipes to one of the bathrooms had froze. The cold water was no longer running as the overnight temperatures had drop to -7°F with a -20°F windchill. Joe was a professional in explaining the process of unfreezing the pipes. He made sure the job was completed and all the faucets were functioning correctly before leaving. He went into the crawl space several times to make sure all the areas were not still frozen. The entire process took a little over an hour. I would highly recommend Hoover to anyone requiring plumbing, electric or heating needs.

Had issues because it was a specialty fitting that isnt common. Technician Danny still found a way to get the issue isolated so we didn’t ruin our hot water tank after the deep freeze while waiting for the ordered part. 5 stars all day

David did a great job of explaining the issues at hand and identified the problem immediately, as well as the options we had to remedy things… He went above and beyond in explaining the furnace, thermostat, humidifier and water lines to me as well…We are very very grateful. He was kind, professional courteous, And represents Hoover Superbly! BTW… Given that there was no charge except the diagnostic, since we are members with Hoover… Made it that much more impressive!
