I called Hoover to service my tankless hot water tank. Dorian diagnosed the problem and pointed out other issues that I should have addressed, for which I am grateful (e.g., surge protector on whole-house generator). He made a call and Dalton, the electrician, arrived in a matter of a couple hours to start installing the surge protector. After discussing my three options with Dorian, I decided to install a new tankless unit. Shane and Anthony came the following day and lowered the new wall unit so I could easily reach it. They added a drip pan, which my original unit did not have, and also a valve to allow pressure build-up to be released which my original unit did not have. I feel the service I received was above and beyond and I will definitely call Hoover again as well as recommend them to other. Thanks, guy! * * * * *
