Doug from Hoover Electric Plumbing Heating Cooling came to my home yesterday. I called because I needed outdoor lighting installed. Got an email (with picture) that he would be arriving shortly. He was very nice. I expected only to get a quote but he could do it the same day. That was great. One day instead of two. We went over everything. I had him do the job rather than taking another day to get quotes from different companies. I’m retired, it seemed a bit high, but we seniors have to have things done. Really appreciated Doug explaining when he was finished.
