McKenzie and her instructor Jack were knowledgeable and fixed my problem in a timely matter. Also set up a camera inspection to getting a idea on the condition on my pipes.

I have nothing but compliments to both this company and the two technicians that came out to conduct repairs. I lost power to half of my house and gave Hoover a call. They had Gage come out the same day and ascertain the issue and give an estimate. It was so much lower than I expected! Today, Gage and William came out and power is restored. They were professional and kind and explained everything to me before they did it. Communication with both the office staff and the technicians was phenomenal. I will be using them again and highly recommend them!

Used hoover previously a few months back for a furnace, so we called them again when the water heater needed to be replaced. Kyle came out this time with the same as the previous employees having a professional friendly and informative conversation of all from start to finish. Kyle also needed extra patience with me as I went back and forth. The end result, thus far, very pleased with my new water heater and and my choice in using Hoover EPH again.

He was efficient and gave the BEST customer service, even responding to texts after hours (an ultimate LIFESAVER)!!!
