Tyler and Christian were the technicians sent to install new furnace. Both men were courteous and professional. They went about their work and before I knew it, they were done. Tyler explained what was done and answered any questions I had. I was very pleased with their work.

Wonderful company! I highly recommend them. They charged only $89 to snake a drain which is much cheaper than I’ve paid in the past. Matt was efficient and friendly. The customer service on the phone was excellent, the woman was friendly and knowledgeable.

The service was fast and great. They cleaned up after completing the job. I really liked that before any prison arrived I received a text message with a picture and name of the person I would expect to see. The person that quoted the work came out at the start of the job and detailed to ask the team what was being done and it match exactly everything we discussed. I had multiple electrical panels installed and service for a hot tub added.

Hoover completed the job I had booked which was quite extensive. Let me tell you. The work that Hoover did was exceptional. Super clean work. Incredibly respectful of the homeowner. I will call Hoover for any needs going forward. They were spot on with timing, and kept me updated every single step of the way. Also they made sure I was happy before they left and they asked how I wanted things done such as how would I like the conduit ran. That stuff matters. It’s the little things. My AC unit went out on the first day of the hottest week of the year. I called and was able to get on the schedule for a same day service call. A technician was dispatched to me within 2 hours.Technician David was fast and professional, took the time to explain what he was checking/seeing and answer any questions I had. 30 minutes and one capacitor late, I have AC again. Very happy and relieved, thank you for saving me and my animals from the heat wave!

Melissa Goodell, the service technician was calm, organized, efficient, careful, thoughtful, thorough, and cleaned up what little mess resulted. She explained what was going on with our A/C unit, furnace and ductwork--the wear and tear, aging, dirt collecting on different important parts of each with pictures taken, etc. And why it was important to do the maintenance. She even put in our new furnace filter that we'd already had on hand. I highly recommend her!

I set up an appointment by text and they came out within 2 hours! They were very professional and explained things in an easy to understand manner. I was impressed and signed up to be a vip member.

I had a stubborn clogged kitchen drain that I tried snaking myself with no success. I called Hoover and Tyler was onsite 3 hours after my call.

He was very polite, knowledgeable, and tidy. Most importantly, he was very thorough and persistent. I'm very happy to report he resolved my issue. After today's experience I would recommend this company and will call again if need be.

We had Cameron fix our refrigerant leak in our AC system. The leak was caused by poor workmanship from a different company when the AC was installed 3 years ago. Cameron did a wonderful job and he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. My wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hoover for any of your HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical needs.
