Nolan was amazing. Very thorough and cares about his craft. I highly recommend Hoover service.! They have great people who care! From the beginning, they are very polite and very knowledgeable.

Blake was very professional and super knowledgeable. He took his time and very thorough. He then explained everything to me in layman's terms. Great job!

David was great, very professional, quick to diagnose the issue and fast to correct it.
My main concern though is their pricing structure. 10 minutes to replace a $15 capacitor cost over $500.

Excellent customer service- all employees very professional, knowledgeable and experienced in areas of expertise. We are so happy with the work we had done to complete a collapsed sewer, one of the best companies for trench-less repairs- other companies would have had to dig up all cement and garage to fix other wise! We highly recommend Hoover.

Jack was very nice and professional. Also quick to fix my clogged toilet! Price was great compared to other companies. When calling the office to schedule an appointment, the lady (I believe her name was Amber) also super nice and quick to have a tech come out. Will definitely be going back when I have issues we cannot solve ourselves!

AC stopped working in 90+ degree heat. I called in the morning and was able to get same day service on my unit. David came out and was professional and efficient. He even took time to explain and show what he was doing and why. My AC was up and running within 30 minutes. I will be using them again in the future and for sure recommend.

AC went down in excessive heat. Very impressed with the customer rep on phone when calling for help. And also with the communication updates as we waited for service. The actual service rep was very courteous and explained issue. And was able to quickly remedy. The price for the service may have been slightly on high side. However in the moment it was worth the cost. I plain to continue with Hoover as a preferred service for our home.

On time, very courteous, professional and did the repair as requested. Also offered a no-pressure quote for other items. Will use again.

Dominic and Mike were outstanding. They went above and beyond. Very highly recommend! Single handedlu realigned the plumbing in my entire house in a few hours.
