Matt Burnham listened and understood our motion light problems. Apparently the lights were manufactured with limitations in the way they worked. We then decided to purchase new standard lights and have scheduled a date for Matt to return and install them.

From start to finish I'm very happy with Hoover. From calling the office to schedule to the Maintenance specialist who can out to address the issue with my furnace. Taylen was excellent. Showed up when he said he would so I didn't have to miss too much work. He was kind and kept me informed with the diagnosising issues with my furnace. He was quick to fix the issue and answered any questions I had. His honesty and professionalism truly deserve my 5 stars. The entire team was very kind and understanding throughout the whole process.
