Nolan was very thorough of cleaning and maintenance of AC. However, it was low on refrigerant. Only needed one unit, which was over $700, but if we needed additional units, it would only be $100 more per unit. Seems unusual pricing structure. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. Highly recommend!!!

Jeff came out today to install and was excellent. He explained everything to me so that I understood, cleaned up everything after doing that and left us with running fast hot water. I have Had negative experiences with Hoover plumbers in the past, but Jeff is at the top of his game. We have a water filter in our home that was installed in 2023. At the time we were not given an option to have our current filter or something that is filterless. And then when we needed a new filter, they sent out someone who put in the wrong filter. We also had a plumber out who said there was not filter. There are some questionable plumbers working for Hoover. So very mixed reviews for Hoover in general however, Jeff is outstanding!

Ryan was my technician and he was so incredibly kind and thorough. He gave me every option I had before I proceeded with the diagnostic service so I knew what to expect next with best and worst case scenarios. Luckily my issue was minor but Ryan still checked everything he could to make sure there were no other issues going on. He even gave me recommendations to extend the life of my ac unit and took the time to show me what was wrong. Thanks Ryan!

David was able to service our A/C the same day we called. He was thorough and explained all aspects of his inspection to identify and resolve issue we were experiencing. He’s knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. We would definitely recommend his services to others and wouldn’t hesitate to have him service our future needs.

Wow excellent response and service. Price reasonable and problem solved in 15 minutes of expert arrival to our home and it was a FRIDAY at 3:30pm. Still work to do, water damage is not what you want, but keep this people in mind.

I had the pleasure of having Danny come out to my house and fix my leaky bathroom sink. He was quite skilled, worked quickly, and had a great personality. Hoover plumbing are the absolute best! They made the headache of having a gas leak less of one. I was helped by Chris, Brad, and Diangelo, and all three were friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. My leaks were fixed in a timely manner and i WILL be reaching out if i have any future problems!
